THE LADY NEXT DOOR

You must give everything to make your life as beautiful as the dreams that dance in your imaginationRoman Payne

She was like the last leaf on a dying tree
Hanging from a barren branch
Too frightened to be free
Lacked the ability to invoke tact but she had class
Unloving hearts made her tumble and sway
She fell prey to her own miscalculation
Her pride snatched away by “noble men”
She was now tagged “a forever castaway”

Unwanted and unnoticed she dwelled in filth only she could describe
She said the pain she feels are close to the one she encountered in that labour room

She pleas for an opportunity to hold her own again
Her passion and dedication are for deliberate actions now
She gradually transformed into a fire brand right before me

With no one to cure those deep hurt
Dying in her own shadows over and over again
She decide it’s best to lay in the cold forever
Pretty girl unloved because she thinks she failed love
Her heart bleeds from what she really can’t define
Believing her many mistakes have now made the future heavy with uncertainties

When she raised the white flag
It was then I asked her few direct questions
Where is the life we all saw in you?
Giving up your unborn child to the traps of this crazy system?
Would you join the bandwagon of finger pointers?
Or would you make your passion hit record high
But does my advice really matter now
She just whispered into my ears
“There are wrongs that actually feels very right”

Still trying to figure out what she meant
I really don’t know what that means …seriously speaking.

She is free in her wildness, she is a wanderess, a drop of free water. She knows nothing of borders and cares nothing for rules or customs. ‘Time’ for her isn’t something to fight against. Her life flows clean, with passion, like fresh water ~ Roman Payne
